Conducted at the project’s midpoint, this Mid-Term Evaluation assesses progress against the OECD-DAC criteria of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability. The findings translate into actionable, evidence-based recommendations to optimize implementation and strengthen results for the remaining project cycle.
