Qualitative Study: High Performers on Social Cash Transfer (2022)

Commissioned by UNICEF Zambia and the Zambian Ministry of Community Development and Social Services, PRIM Zambia conducted a qualitative study in Kalabo and Kaputa districts to identify SCTP "high flyers"—beneficiaries who successfully transformed cash transfers into sustained livelihood gains. Findings delivered actionable insights to strengthen graduation strategies and social protection impact.
