Adolescents and young people are at the heart of sustainable development, yet across East and Southern Africa (ESA), they continue to navigate complex barriers to sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). Recognizing the urgency of youth-led solutions, Hivos Southern Africa commissioned PRIM Zambia to conduct a strategic Mid-Term Evaluation of its Regional SRHR Fund—a flagship initiative spanning five countries and designed to amplify youth voices, strengthen advocacy
